Najmuk – Return Policy

Najmuk is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace platform. This Return Policy governs how returns are handled between buyers (customers) and independent sellers (vendors) registered on our platform.


1. Najmuk’s Role and Liability Limitation

  • Marketplace Platform Only: Najmuk operates strictly as an intermediary platform connecting independent vendors with customers. Najmuk does not own, stock, sell, or ship any products listed on the marketplace.

  • No Direct Liability: Najmuk is NOT directly responsible or legally liable for any product quality, defects, incorrect sizes, color variations, or damages. All product-related issues and fulfillments are strictly between the buyer and the vendor.

2. Mandatory Proof: Photo & Video Upload Requirement

To maintain transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide clear visual proof when initiating a return.

  • Compulsory Uploads: When requesting a return through the Najmuk App, the customer MUST upload high-quality photographs and/or a short video clearly showing the issue.

  • Valid Grounds for Return: Visual proof is mandatory for the following cases:

    • Damaged/Defective Product: Clear pictures of the damage or fault.

    • Wrong Size/Color Sent: Pictures of the item showing the wrong size tag or wrong color delivered compared to the original invoice.

    • Incorrect Item: Proof that a completely different product was received.

  • Note: Any return request submitted without clear visual evidence will be automatically rejected by the system.

3. Strict 7-Day Vendor Obligation

  • Vendor Binding Policy: Every registered vendor on Najmuk is strictly bound to accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the customer has uploaded valid visual proof and the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.

  • No Delay Allowed: Vendors must review and process the return approval or pickup arrangements within this 7-day window from the time the request is submitted.

  • Finality Clause: Once the 7-day delivery window has passed, the system will lock the return option. Customers cannot initiate a return, and vendors are no longer obligated to accept any claims after day 7.

4. Condition of Items for Return

For the vendor to accept the return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in its original packaging.

  • Must include all original tags, user manuals, warranties, and free accessories.

  • Must not show signs of usage, washing, or wear and tear caused by the customer.
